PASTORS BJ & TERESA OSOBA
Pastor Babajide (B.J.) received his foundational teaching at Christ Chapel International Church pastured by Reverend Dr. Tunde & Reverend Edun Joda in Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa. Shortly after accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, Pastor B.J. received the vision for this ministry. He worked for Christ Chapel as an Assistant to Dr. Joda and throughout the ministry of helps.
Co-Pastor Teresa received her foundational teaching at Agape’ Faith Center Ministries, under the leadership of Bishop Ronald R. and Pastor Marvenelle Thomas. She worked in the administration and finance departments and throughout the ministry of helps.
Redeeming Faith & Anointing church is an affiliate and member of the International Gospel Center Fellowship of Churches and Ministries in Tulsa, Ok. The Rt. Rev. LaDonna Osborn, DD, is the Bishop and President of IGCFCM.
In March 1997, the vision of Redeeming Faith & Anointing Ministries, Inc., was birthed and the first worship service was held on Friday, March 7, 1997, at 7:00 PM at Gainesville Christian Center on NE 16th Avenue. Shortly after conducting Friday Night Faith Clinic services, the Lord directed Pastor B.J. to begin a work on both Sunday and Friday nights.
On June 1, 1997, Redeeming Faith held its first Sunday night worship service at our former ministry home, 918 SE Williston Road. With the vision continuing to manifest – on Sunday, August 3, 1997, we held our first radio broadcast on the WWLO – 1430 AM Gospel radio, as well as holding our first Sunday morning service at 10:00 AM.
On March 6, 1998, Pastors BJ & Teresa were ordained by the Rt. Rev. LaDonna Osborn. Pastor Teresa Osoba is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a BA in Business Administration (Finance) and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional. Pastor BJ is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a BA in Business Administration (Management) and Boston University with a MS. In the insurance industry, Pastor BJ’s professional designations include, CLU, ChFC, CPCU, AIS and API.
